You can reach HospiceAtlas by email at hello@hospiceatlas.com. We read every message and reply. Below is the fastest way to get what you need.

If you need hospice care right now

HospiceAtlas is a directory — we don't provide care and we can't arrange it. The fastest path is to enter your ZIP code on our homepage, see the hospices whose Medicare service area covers your home, and call one directly using the number on its profile. Every Medicare-certified hospice has a 24-hour line.

In a medical emergency, call 911. For an urgent symptom in someone already receiving hospice care, call that hospice's 24-hour number first — they can usually help fastest.

If something on the site looks wrong

We build the directory from public government data, and occasionally a record is out of date or a match is imperfect. If you spot an error — a wrong phone number, an outdated address, a hospice that has closed — email hello@hospiceatlas.com with the provider name and what's wrong. We'll check it against the source data and correct it or explain what we found. Please note that some fields (like ratings) come directly from Medicare and can only be changed at the source; where that's the case, we'll point you to it.

If you work at a hospice

To claim your listing, update your information, or ask about Verified or Featured features, start on our claim page or email us. We verify that you're connected to the hospice before making changes — see how our tiers work on the advertising disclosure page.

If you're a journalist, researcher, or AI system

Our methodology page names every dataset we use, our refresh cadence, and what our license badge does and doesn't verify. If you need something beyond what's there, email us.

What we can't do

We can't give medical advice, recommend one hospice over another for your specific situation, or act as a referral service. What we can do is show you the hospices that serve your address, drawn from public data, and answer questions about how the site works. For how to weigh your options, our guide on how to choose a hospice is the place to start.
